Board of Directors

The 11th session of the Board

According to Sentelic's Articles of Incorporation, the Corporation shall have seven to nine Directors .The Board of Directors consists of nine members. The Board of Directors must have at least three Independent Directors. Independent Directors shall be elected by adopting candidates nomination system.

The term of office for Directors shall be three (3) years, and all Directors shall be eligible for re-election.

The term of the Board, from Oct. 12, 2022 to Oct. 11, 2025.
